How it works
From file to delivery, in five steps — the same five for every order.
01
File
Send your document, or start with the estimator to see a price first.
02
Estimate / quote
Fixed-price documents show a price instantly; everything else gets a firm quote, usually within two hours during office hours.
03
Assignment
A translator with the right subject-matter experience is assigned to your job.
04
Translation & four-eyes review
The document is translated, then independently checked by a second linguist before it moves on.
05
Delivery / certification
Digital delivery as standard; stamped hard copies for certified work, posted alongside a signed PDF.

Document-handling & security
Every file you send is transferred encrypted and stored securely. Only the linguists assigned to your project can access it. It's retained for a stated window after your project completes and then deleted — full detail on our Quality & Confidentiality page. An NDA is available on request before anything is sent.

What we need from you
- A legible copy of your document — a clear scan or photo is usually enough
- Your target language, and source language if it isn't obvious
- Any deadline or authority-specific requirement we should know about
- For certified documents: the delivery address if you want stamped hard copies posted
- For business/technical/legal work: existing glossaries or translation memory, if you have them
