Interpreting — consecutive, simultaneous and remote, booked and confirmed
The right interpreting format, booked and confirmed, at a rate you see before you book.
Booking an interpreter raises a different set of questions than ordering a document translation: will someone actually be available on the date you need, what does a half-day genuinely cost, and what equipment does simultaneous work require. Language quality is rarely the doubt — logistics is.
We provide consecutive, simultaneous and remote-video interpreting for meetings, negotiations, conferences and official appointments (notary appointments, court hearings, medical consultations), in Munich and beyond. Every rate — hourly, half-day, full-day, simultaneous, remote — is published below, because for a live, time-bound service, the rate table itself is the trust signal.
from €95/hour

What's included
- Consecutive interpreting — the interpreter speaks after you, in segments; suited to meetings, negotiations, notary and official appointments
- Simultaneous interpreting — real-time, typically with two interpreters and booth equipment; suited to conferences and larger events
- Remote/video interpreting — consecutive or simultaneous, delivered over video call
- On-site interpreting in Munich and the wider region; travel outside Munich billed at cost

When you need this
A notary appointment for a property purchase requires a sworn interpreter present in the room for the signing.
A business negotiation with a German-speaking counterpart needs a consecutive interpreter for a half-day meeting.
A conference with international speakers needs simultaneous interpreting with booth equipment for a full day.
The rate table is the whole trust signal here
For a live, time-bound service, transparency isn’t a nice-to-have on top of quality — it’s the thing that lets you actually plan the booking. Every rate above is what you’ll pay; there’s no separate "get a quote for interpreting" step required to find out.
